When you contact us per email, we will save your voluntarily provided information for a period of 6 months in order to process your request and for follow-up questions. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your authorisation.

Regarding the use of your personal information for receiving our newsletter, you are asked for your consent at a certain point as follows:

“I have read the pirvacy statement and hereby agree that the data handling takes place at a provider in the USA.”.

With our Newsletter we inform you regularly about our offer. In order to receive our newsletter, you need a valid email address. We will check your provided address for its validity and in order to confirm if you are the owner of this address or if the owner gives us the authorisation. When you subscribe to our newsletter, we will save the date and time as well as the IP address of the subscription. We do this in case somebody misuses your email address or subscribes you without your knowledge.

We do not compare this data with data eventually provided by you in any other way.

Newsletter per MailChimp

We use MailChimp for our newsletters. MailChimp is a service provided by the company The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Suite 404, Atlanta, GA 30318, USA.

The data saved during your subscription (email address, eventually name, IP address, date and time of the subscription) are sent to a server of The Rocket Science Group in the USA and saved considering the “EU-US Privacy Shield”.

The subscription to this newsletter and your agreement regarding the saving of your data is terminable at any time. You can find this information in your confirmation email as well as in every sent newsletter.

Newsletter-Tracking

Our newsletters contain so-called Web-Bugs, which allow us to recognise when and if our mail was opened and which links of our mail have been clicked.
